The Prince’s Trust is a champion of young people, no matter what their background.
Despite lives stifled by unemployment, homelessness, being in care or being in trouble with the law, young people can succeed with the right help.
We create opportunities for vulnerable young people to thrive and support them to build their skills and confidence.
We enable them to take responsibility for their lives and move into work, education and training or volunteering.
As part of our Prince’s Trust community, you stand alongside volunteers, donors, fundraisers, staff, partners and young people themselves.
Together, we can change young lives.
Youth can do it - with your help
Interested in inspiring the next generation of young people? With your support we can help instil self-belief in even more vulnerable young people, helping them reach their potential.
The cash you fundraise through the Martin Currie Rob Roy Challenge will help young people like Hugh and Natasha turn their lives around.
The pressures of being a young carer saw Hugh develop debilitating levels of anxiety and OCD. The Prince’s Trust helped him discover hidden talents and he now works in retail and hopes to become a youth worker.
Natasha battled depression after losing four loved ones and faced serious health problems. Things turned around when she found help through the Prince’s Trust and completed a Get into Healthcare course, helping land her dream hospital job with the NHS. Read Natasha’s story here
Be part of our community - change young lives
Prince’s Trust Scotland will help over 11,000 disadvantaged young people this year alone, giving them the confidence and skills to turn their lives around. To support this vital work we need to raise over £25,000 each day of the year to continue to change young lives.
- 84p out of every pound you raise will be spent directly on developing and delivering programmes and services for young people.
The Prince’s Trust is a community united in an unwavering belief in the potential of young people. As part of this community, you stand alongside volunteers, donors, fundraisers, staff, partners, and young people themselves. Together, we give our time, money and energy to help change young lives.
Thank you for believing that youth can do it.
As 2018 is Scotland’s Year of Young People, there’s never been a better time to stand with young people and show them your support.
